Our office is contracted with most insurance carriers.

If we are not on your insurance carrier’s panel, some companies will agree to a one time, individual contract with our office.
You can check on coverage by calling your insurance carrier.

• If you call your carrier, you would want to know:
• how many sessions are allowed each year
• how many you have used
• if pre-approval is required
• if you have a -deductible
• how much of it you have met
• how much your carrier allows for each session
• your co-pay

After your deductible, the out-of-pocket co-pay for most carriers is in the range of $25 – $30 per session.
